Charles S. Gibson

Charles Gibson is a founding partner of Chandler & Gibson, PLLC. Prior to opening Chandler & Gibson, PLLC with Ryan Chandler, Charles practiced at multiple medium sized law firms focusing on Residential & Commercial real estate closings, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and Landlord-tenant matters throughout North Carolina.

Charles’ goal at Chandler & Gibson, PLLC is to provide accurate and responsive representation of buyers, sellers, business entities, and builders within the context of residential real estate development, acquisition, and sales.

Charles grew up in Waxhaw, NC.  He received his BA in Political Science and Communications at the University of South Carolina, and his J.D. at Charlotte School of Law; additionally, he also attended the University of Mississippi during his undergrad years.

Charles enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons, watching or attending any Ole Miss athletic event, coaching youth sports, and enjoying the outdoors.
